This unit is awesome!!! Hair is soft, constructed well, no smell and sheds very little. Just be careful when buying lengths, since this is curly hair you may want to higher in length for the look you want. Great job! I will continue to buy units from this company.

I really love this wig. The hair came very fast within 3 days. The hair quality is very good, soft and it is original human hair. The hair came with very tiny curls which I like. However once you wet it, it doesn't retain the shrunk curls which it came with but it still has small tiny curls but hair becomes longer. For me I love it more this way. I just wanted a really nice original wig with very nice curls and this fulfills my criteria. If you want to maintain the shrunk tiny curls which it came with, maybe you shouldn't wet the hair or you should ask the manufacturer how to go about this. But overall hair quality is good and I will definitely buy again.

This wig was very full and the curls were beautiful and resembled African American hair to the TEA. Side note the wig first looks questionable right out the box , you need to wash it and then you will see it come to life. The downside is the wig is on the dark side but that can be fixed with some dye.

We normally ship our packages out via DHL, Fedex or USPS (US Postal Service) express. Orders will ship within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. Orders require 3-5 business days for delivery after it ships depending on its destination.3 to 5 business days within US and 5 to 14 days out of US using USPS standard shipping. Once an express shipment is placed please contact shmily hair to verify we have received your request.

RETURNS POLICY
We exercise a very strict quality control process to ensure that our clients receive only the best virgin hair. The items must be mailed for return in its original condition. We will not accept any merchandise that is not in its original condition. The returned item must be unopened, unaltered, unworn, undamaged and all tags and packaging must be included. If you want to exchange an item you will need to contact our customer service via email. We will not accept any merchandise that has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, or washed).
Items meeting the above conditions may be exchanged within 7 days of the original receipt. We honor this for up to 7 days after purchase.
